Although we do not supply founders edition cards, all cards have an NVidia chip, the only differences between brands is the size, appearance, fans and warranty. Will I void my warranty if I open the case and install my own components?
Unlike with most computer manufacturers, we allow you to open the case and install your own components. Providing you install these correctly, and you do not damage your computer during or as a result of installing your own components, your warranty will still be valid. We do not provide any method of support for these components, both during installation or in use, and any warranty returns that are caused by your own components will be chargeable for both labour and return costs. If you have to return your computer to us for any reason we strongly recommend the prior removal of these components, as we cannot be held responsible for them.
Your computers are very well priced. Will they perform equally as well?
Due to our online nature we are able to streamline our production costs and cut out overheads such as an expensive shop-front. Because of this our computers may be hundreds of pounds cheaper than the high street. If you carry out benchmark tests you will find that despite the lower cost the performance will be equal or higher to an equivalent specification purchased from the high street.
I have chosen a computer, but it is above my budget. Can you offer me a better price?
Our prices are already hundreds of pounds cheaper than the high street. When configuring a computer on our website we automatically apply discounts for bulk purchases. If in the unlikely event our prices are not competitive we will be happy to consider a competing quote and provide our best offer based on this. Please save the quote on our website and read the following information.

Yes, just select the "Send in Your Own Case" option when configuring your computer.
Can I have a VAT receipt as the computer is going to be purchased by a company?

Are your parts branded and of a high quality?
We only buy our components from leading manufacturers such as Intel, AMD, ASUS, Western Digital, Palit, PowerColor, etc.
Will you sell me the components only?
Unfortunately at present we only provide fully assembled and tested computers or laptops. We only sell components to existing customers so that they can upgrade their computers based on our advice, support and warranty service.

Will the case be big enough and sufficiently cooled?

If there is a problem we will inform you of this before you place an order. Each case we sell is designed with cooling in mind and our cases usually come with an array of cooling fans that are designed to dissipate heat as quickly as possible.
