What is FedEx Pickup?
With FedEx Pickup you can choose, at the point of sale, to have your order delivered to your nearest FedEx Pickup point. Or if you are not going to be at home for a delivery, an 'in-flight' option is now available through the text and email notifications, by which the delivery can be diverted to a local FedEx Pickup point.
What are the current lead times?
We are currently working to the following lead times:
Estimated: 21 to 23 working days
Liquid Series® PCs:
Estimated: 15 to 18 working days
Estimated: 15 to 17 working days
If I place an order today, when can I expect my computer?
If you order a desktop computer today and the payment is confirmed, based on the lead times above we estimate that the average order will be dispatched by Thursday 18 February 2021. This is not a guarantee but a guidance date for your reference only, and will only apply if your order is processed today. Orders placed under a finance agreement or by bank transfer will not be processed until we confirm the payment.
When are "working days"?
Working days are classed as:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm excluding bank holidays.
What are your opening hours?
Monday - Friday 9am - 8pm (Saturdays 9am - 5pm).
What happens if I miss the delivery courier?
Should there be nobody available at your premises to accept delivery of your order FedEx will leave you a card with a telephone number for you to arrange a re-delivery of your computer.
