I logged onto my computer like normal and it was absolutely fine. It gave me a pop up to say that there was some sort of update that needed to be done so I clicked it.
it started loaded and slowly going up in percentage and said something similar to “your computer will reset a few times”, to which it did.
But now it says “Automatic Repair. Your PC did not start correctly, press ‘restart’ to restart your PC, which can sometimes fix the problem. You can also press ‘advanced options’ to try other options to repair your PC”
whenever I press restart it goes black, resets my computer and comes with with “preparing automatic repair” with the buffering icon then goes back to the same screen. I’m not amazing tech savvy when it comes to this sort of stuff and I really do not want to mess up my computer by doing something incorrect.
Has anyone experienced this and know what I can do?
