Windows 7/10

I would like to upgrade from Windows 7 to 10 as I use my computer for banking and believe that it might be vulnerable if not upgraded.

I have been offered a disc for about £110 which the sales blurb says can do the upgrade work for me.

Is this a good idea do you think, and would the process be very complicated? I am not very techy savvy.

Thank you.

You don't need a disc and the update is still free.

See this thread:

Just download the windows 10 installer direct to a USB and follow the guide.

As above but don't choose the upgrade this computer path, that very often results in problems. The best way to a reliable Windows 10 system is via clean install, deleting the Windows 7 system that you have now. You can still do that for free.
