Machine learning isn't my strong suit but the info I've requested will help the gurus make adjustments.

The cooler you've specced is quite an old model, you'll ideally want a H115 or H150 to keep the 5950x cool.

Budget is £4350 max, full spec is below, I'm looking to optimize on GPU performance and cooling, then CPU, then RAM, also need to keep the chair, screen and keyboard.
The GPU is going to be running at pretty much max 247 ideally for running real-time machine learning and will be used for computer science research and development. My main concerns is whether the case I chose will not be good enough to keep the GPU cool and if there are any bottle necks on the GPU?

I could actually sacrifice the chair and screen, if I could get another top spec GPU in there, with out bottlenecking and with them both staying cool, would it be possible for £4350?
