What operating system is supplied? OEM or 'full'?

Hi All,

I'm considering buying my next PC through PC Specialist, especially as the pricing seems really very good. However I have one question I can't find an answer to... is the operating system supplied with a new system a full 'boxed' version, or is it OEM?
