Never really been a fan of overclocking (no particular reason), I generally tend to just buy the fastest available at the time and let it do it's own thing. Not being "clued up" on OC, what benefit would I gain ... I mean I would have though my spec would handle anything I throw at it (gaming wise) for a few years to come :)

Yeah your spec is quality and will last, I'm sure it will handle anything you and three others can throw at it for many years. its just the Freezone Elite is overkill for cooling a stock clocked CPU. If you want a good cooler and like the idea of liquid cooling drop down to the CoolIT Eco ALC. Its a great product at a fraction of the price.

This is sound advice.

It's already on order, would I be able to change once I'm at Processing stage?. If so, how would I get the difference back? Also, I've asked for Raid 0, but didnt ask for a 1.44 drive .... will I need one for Raid drivers should I need to reformat at some distant future?

You don't need a floppy disk drive anymore for RAID drivers. RAID will be configured in your BIOS when we install your PC.

Regarding amending your order, you can make changes to your specificaton for free while your order is still at the Processing/Pre-Production stage. Simply login to your account and select your order, then click "Amend Order". Any credit note generated will be refunded to your card automatically once our account dept. have approved this.

Generally how long does a PC remain in "Processing" or is it dependant on components required against what you have in stock? Cheers D

Hey,

Basically, your order is an a queue to be built. You will find that your order will be in the Processing/Pre-Production Stages for a majority of its time here, as when it's built it is usually a smooth journey through Testing, Quality Control, Dispatch.

Your order was printed for production on Friday so I would expect a building update within the next 24/48 hours.
