Unknown component on motherboard

Hi,

Quick question - I received my PC Specialist PC a couple of days ago and noticed this cylinder shaped component hanging beside the SATA cable (circled yellow in the image).

I was just posting to check whether this is normal and it hasn't become loose from somewhere (and what it's for?).

Looks like the speaker that makes the beeps, nothing to worry about
