Unable to open case

I bought a pc from pc specialist and i cant open my COOLERMASTER ELITE 310 BLUE CASE to upgrade.

Normaly just a matter of removing two screws then sliding out the side panel.
Have a look at the case booklet that should be supplied.

Sometimes it can take a little persuasion to loosen the side panel,you could try inserting a broad flat headed screwdriver or even knife and gently try to prise it loose,but be careful you don't cause any damage.
