At 100% load (prime95 CPU Stress Test), I wouldn't expect an i5 760 @ 3.8GHz to exceed 80/85 degrees with the Titan Fenrir.
Idle: around 45 degrees Intense use/gamimg: around 60 degrees
The abient temperature of the room will also affect the temperatures along with the air circulation around the PC - dont put it in a cupboard/enclosed desk-type thing.
