Cannot knock that spec at all, the 850 is a little extreme for that system, but will enable you to pop another GTX460 in at a later date.

Might also be worth getting the Arctic Cooling MX-3 Paste for the OC CPU too.

Is 120gb enough for you? seems a bit low, wouldn't cost a lot more to get a larger HDD (640gb caviar green) to go with the SSD.

I already have a 1TB SATA drive in my current PC so that will be getting put in to hold the all the photos/videos etc.

Thanks all for the helpful responses. One other point, I'm struggling to choose between the following:

1GB ATI RADEON™ HD 5850 PCI EXPRESS - DirectX® 11
1GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX460 GDDR5 PCI EXPRESS - DirectX® 11

Any suggestions?

The 5850 will outperform the 460 in games (frames per second) but the 460 would be quite a lot better if you're intending to use photoshop or something similiar for the GPU acceleration.
