Safe Low Temps Threshhold?

Hi.

My room can get cold sometimes during the night if my heating is off and have just found that my CPU can go to as low as 15c (using CPUID HWMonitor) when this happens and I turn it on.

I am wondering if anyone knowns generally what the minimum lowest temps of various PC components should be and if I should be easing it up before running any intensive applications?

Not really. They can run at really damn low temperatures. I know someone who lived in Alaska and kept his PC in a custom-built cabinet (with filters) slightly outside, and at the best of times it rarely went above 10C on load.

Good I was reading that and got slightly worried as My CPU idles anywhere from 7c(on startup) to 11-12c on idle after being on for a while...

Ha ha, and I thought I had probs with my temps XD
