Ram RGB dead

Hi,

One of the Ram sticks has given up being RGB (please see pic attached)

The ends occassionally go red as part of the rainbow wave cycle it is set to but thats about it

I'd maybe try reseating the ram (but I figure that won't help assuming the RAM itself is working fine).

Get in touch with PCS to arrange a swap for the Ram stick (assuming there isn't an easy fix).

Quite an unusual issue that. I would go 1 further and swap the RAM slots, just to rule out the software as well. Seems like the RGB circuit is toast though so RMA time

I would request to replace the pair BTW, not sure if that will be an option but unmatched pairs can cause little gremlins at full chat.

Top work from PCS support team (as always!) who were able to remedy the issue remotely - reinstalling the recent firmware update has done the trick!!

With it affecting just one of the sticks it was a bit left field so why would any one think of that??

Yeah firmware updates can make a world of difference, I updated it on my new bike the other day, can now change all the riding profiles from my phone, rather than plugging into the laptop
