Power Unit question!

Hey, I just ordered my new gaming pc from pc specialist and was wondering if my 450w power supply would be ok for these specs http://gyazo.com/fb982f67f8e2e4295deb21abfc50cb96
When I was configuring it I originally put a 650w but PC specialist said that i would only need a 450w with a 20w allowance.

Ps. would this mean i wouldn't be able to overclock my GPU and CPU?

If PCS said you only need a 450W PSU, then you will be absolutely fine.

To be honest, theres no need to OC. I've seen no difference with my OC.

I'd go higher (650 w min.)

if you were ever to upgrade your gpu, you might regret not selecting a more powerful PSU.

For the price difference i'd go higher for future upgrades then again you have to bear in mind that you may not upgrade for a while, or you may not upgrade at all and instead just buy a totally new build
