power plan for 5900x ?

Hi all just got pc back from pc specialist, ended up having a total rebuild basically, and was just wondering what is the best power plan to use in windows 10. i have the standard balanced showing but two other options of ryzen balanced and high performance. Any ideas what be best?

At 5:33 Jayz recommends Balanced setting as it’s a gaming PC so power demands will fluctuate and you don’t need pc at max power all the time.
