Most likely it's either your hard disk clicking or your fans clicking - these are pretty much the only moving components in a PC. Given that the noise only happens once the PC has been on for a while, it could be heat related, i.e. it only happens once the component in question has warmed up.

If its the hard disk then this is bad - typically clicking is often a sign of imminent failure. If it's the fan then its probably not a major problem other than the irritating noise (which alone is probably enough reason to get it fixed tbh). If it's the fan it would probably be a very regular ticking noise (e.g. a fan blade catching on something every time it spins around). If the ticks are more random then its more likely to be the hard disk.

I'd suggest calling PCS about it to see what they say.

Yeah it sounds like it's coming more from the front so it may just be the cooling fans. I'll give them a ring anyway.

Cheers man!

Most likely your fans this isnt a issue anyone can prevent its a design flaw in 3 pin fans in general the best way to describe it is to speed up or slow down 3 pin fans they turn on and off at high frequencies where as 4 pin pwm fans actually use higher and lower wattages only thing i can suggest is if your motherboard/fan header supports 4 pin fans buy some and replace the clicking fans with them akasa apache`s are a good choice i use them in my whole system they are extremly quiet and only around £9 each.
