PC won’t turn on/keeps restarting after beep

Hi there!

I have a custom built PC from PC specialist. I have had this PC since 2021. I was trying to download a new game on steam when it suddenly crashed. Every time I try to turn it on now it keeps restarting itself after a beep. Then a screen pops up from America mega trends which states: please back up your data and replace your hard disk drive. A failure may be imminent and cause unpredictable fail.

Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated as I have found no luck in fixing the matter myself.

So have to replaced the drive when you say you’ve tried fixing it? The BIOS warning is telling you what you need to do, the drive has failed SMART checks.

Can you post the full specs from the order page?
