Pc Shutting Down

My pc is running with Windows 11. After a certain period it shuts down unless I press “enter”. If I requie a lengthy download and do not check progress computer shuts down. I thus do not complete.
Is this something to do with ECO settings (if there is such a beast ) or a windows setting.
Assistance appreciate.

It's likely sleep settings. By default windows will go to sleep after a period of inactivity.

There is also hibernation which is generally advised to turn off, it's not really relevant on modern systems and takes up quite substantial disk space.

Just search for power options and you can set whatever sleep settings you want.
