When i got the pc, it was fine it could run good fps such as i could get 100-120 fps on games such as minecraft. Now i can get an average of 50 with optifine and it constantly freezes. At times it even struggles to open tabs on google. I have made sure i am running minecraft with my Nvidia card and having fans on full at all times. And even as of recent my fans have been making noises such as clicking and growling any help please? Ordered December 30th 2019

Have you checked your temps?

Have you serviced it since you've had it, I mean cleaning it and repasting it?

It's likely overheating if it hasn't been serviced, needs to be done about once a year.

If that is your Windows key which you’ve posted under OS then please remove it.

When did you last clean out the dust from the fans?
Is the PC fully up to date with Windows updates & driver updates?
Have you scanned the PC for malware using MalwareBytes free & AdwCleaner?

I have cleaned out the fans and waiting to re apply thermal paste however it is still making an extremely loud noise. Do i need to buy a replacement fan or have i done something wrong?

Throughout all of today, my Laptop has been randomly shutting down. First with extremely loud beeps then after a minute of that it shut off. And the rest of the time, the laptop has been shutting down. No error messages or sad face. Just a blue screen and saying shut down. Any Ideas why? And my Computer isnt that hot when it happens. Usually In the low 80s.

When did you last service it? What are you using to monitor temps? Is low 80s on CPU or GPU?

I cleaned it out about 4 months ago. I use the fan speed settings built into the pc, and it even shuts off when both the gpu and cpu are high 60s and 70s

You said temps were low 80's? Where are you reading 40-50c? Sorry, it's not very clear?

What are you using to monitor temps?

That was before when it had crashed a few times at that temp. Now it is constant crashing even when temps are low in the 40-50s

When you say crashing, what are the symptoms? It starts beeping? Long or short beeps? Can you video it and upload it?

TBH, at this stage I'd send it in for RMA. It sounds like thermal shutdown from the symptoms.
