non working GPU?

I got my new PC today, and I have installed win7 on it, ive installed my drivers for my swanky ATI 5670 and it was running smoothly on HDMI, then my pc randomly crashed and there seems to be no signal coming from the GPU, the fan is whirring away and the onboard graphics is working fine, ive reinstalled the drivers but it just wont work? is there any way of fixing this or is it a case of getting an RMA replacement?

Its difficult to pinpoint the problem from your description. It is best to give us a call so it can be diagnosed properly.

Worst case scenario is that the GPU has failed and we send a replacment.
