I got my new desktop PC only to find there was an immediate problem upon opening it. I connected the monitor to VGA and DVI output slots - using the respective cables each time to the horizontal slots the bottom of the tower. I should point out that there is no other "integrated" graphics on the motherboard i.e. there are no other slots available to connect the monitor. I tried two different cables in each respective slot using the appropriate cable each in each instance. I even tried to connect the PC to a different monitor, with the same results: "No signal".
I thought that maybe the graphics card software had not been installed on the PC, but I am reminded that all software/drivers a customer orders from PC Specialist is pre-installed on the PC. And yes, there is power to both units - indicated by blue lights. What's going on here? Please help.
