First custom Gaming PC, last PC I bought was a PreBuilt gaming pc which has now outdated (6+ years old) and decided to start from scratch.
Not entirely clued up on the component side of things at the moment but if anyone can advice me on any changed I'd be greatful.
Games that will be run will predominantly be Call of Duty Warzone and other military based games.

I would use m.2 storage as well as sata
AMD cpu would be a bit cheaper too if you're willing to look that way, and for multitasking would be a lot better!

For £3k I would probably look to eek out a super-ultrawide system (including the monitor).

Are there any other uses or is it purely a gaming monster you are after? Is the budget £3100 or is there room?

Completely honest the budget was in fact 2k, but I rather spend that little extra to get the best I can of the games. Just a gaming monster, I'm using the old gaming one as a office desktop.
Any recommendations on the spec?

How well would this run Warzone? (forgive me for my lack of intelligence in this field😂)
Price isn't bad, what sort of pc could 2.5k get me? Faster frame rate etc?

With reasonable settings you would see 100 FPS+ on that monitor.

The only upgrade option is the 2080Ti but I don't think it's a worthwhile splurge at the moment. I would recommend saving the change difference between the 2 GPUs and aim to upgrade to the 3080 next year which will likely have RayTracing licked with additional performance gains in tow too.
