New comp arrived yesterday and keeps crashing with the screen going grey and having black vertical lines across it.When it crashes the screen goes first then the audio cuts out a few seconds later.
This has happened three times since last night, after the second time i re-installed the graphics drivers to see if that would make a difference.
After the third crash i went into the event viewer to see if there were any errors and the only error is that "The previous system shutdown at 16:01:36 on 11/7/2012 was unexpected.".
Any ideas or suggestions?
