Hi guys.

Bit disappointed, finally took delivery of my new pc, plugged into TV and I'm greated with a screen full of green lines. Unable to update gpu drivers as Nvidia Geforce Experience is unusable.

Any ideas or a send back to PC Specialist job?

Id check basic things like making sure all cables are fully plugged in, and that GPU is fully seated into the motherboard. How are you connecting to TV? HDMI or Displayport?

If all looks secure, I’d do a complete fresh install of Windows from USB, install all Windows updates and the install a clean set of Nvidia drivers.

One thing I've noticed is the 3070 gpu doesn't seem to be properly supported in the case.
Problem I've got is I can't install new drivers as the nvidia app is unusable due to the screen issues.

Make sure it's fitted properly and both power cables are inserted properly. Best way to do this is fully remove it and reinsert it.

Thanks for the replies guys,
PCspecilaist took a look remotely. After drivers re installed still have the problem. Gpu power cables have been stretched putting a lot of pressure on the plugs on the gpu. Also the case support for the gpu isn't supporting it all.
System is reporting an error 43 for the gpu.
Technical have agreed to collect the system and fix - looks like a faulty gpu, possibly mechanical damage from the poor install/build.
