Need help overclocking

Hi guys, recently i noticed that my desktops cpu is running on 2.9 Ghz. It was overcloked at 3.5 or 3.6 when i bought it from pcspecialist. Please, can any of you tell me how to make it run again at 3.5?? Thank you.:confused:

il second that most modern cpu`s overclock themselves when the speed is needed you may find when running a cpu intensive program your cpu reaches those speeds.

I bought it as an overclocked unit from pcspecialist and I want the CPU to run again at that given speed. Probably I'll have to email the pcspecialist for help. Thanks anyway guys.

It's supposed to go low if ur not using programs that are "cpu intensive" and when you do that it gets up to 3.6
