I would go for a Caviar Black as your 1st Hard Disk,and do you really need the extra features of Windows 7 Professional,Home Premium is adequate for most users,you can check the differences here.

I've used Professional since my XP days & used it in W7 because you were able to run XP for devises that could not be up graded, I still use a 7 year old printer & various software programmes that can't be up-graded. Why the change of 1st HD?
