It's trying to boot from PXE (network source). You need to enter the bios and change the boot order to boot from the os disk.

If the OS drive isn't showing in bios settings try re-seating the drive,it may have come loose in transit,failing that best give PCS a call.

If it is seated correctly then it sounds like a hardware issue, either with the motherboard or the HDD itself, hopefully the latter as you could fit a new drive yourself and reinstall Windows. If that's not something you're comfortable with then it looks like you'll have to RMA. I assume it is a PCSpecialist laptop?

It is pcspecialist laptop but what is a Rma?

RMA=Return Merchandise Authorization
Basically it means sending it back to PCS and then they will find out what is causing the problems, then fix and test the machine before sending it back to you.

If PCS agree it's a faulty drive you can arrange to have a replacement sent out if your confident with installing it yourself.
Give them a call as I suggested,they may even be able to help you fix it over the phone ,especially if it's just a bios setting issue.
