Looking help with an upgrade

Havent used my pc in ages and want to go back gaming on it. One of the RAM sticks have broke. Loaded my PC up and its quite slow so looking advise on if its best to buy a new PC or buy parts? Current build below.

Asus VG278QR monitor - I have this monitor. I got it a few years ago so once again not sure if this needs upgraded also.

That’s a 1080p monitor which the gpu is overpowered for as it is.

You say one of the ram sticks broke, all you need is to get another 2 x 16gb 3200mhz RAM

Just noticed the cooler on there as well, I’d check your cou thermals under load just to be certain it’s still operating ok
