I really wouldnt repaste with liquid metal, and isnt it normally the heat sync thats the concern, not the CPU itself?
To find out you will need to contact PCS directly.

If you put up your PCS spec they may be able to tell you if its possible.
Even if it is, I would strongly recommend you contact PCS, you are unlikely to get them here and a Mod cant speak for them if it comes to something that could kill your warranty. One wrong move with that stuff and you can fry your board.

This is very good advice. In order to protect your warranty you need to talk to PCS and they rarely visit here.
