High Coolant Temps - Normal?

Evening all,

I have had my new build now for about 2 months specs below -

7800X3D
4090
64GB RAM
Corsair H150i ELITE Cooler.

I have noticed when playing games my coolant temp will reach into the 40s, CPU temp is around 60-70 which i assume is fine... its the coolant temp im concerned about.. Or should I be?

if anyone can shed some light would be greatful.

Just keep the AIO fan and pump on the "Balanced" setting and you'll be fine, this time of year with higher ambient temps, the coolant will be warmer than say in winter as CountingDown says.

Sounds good to me, i have setup a custom fan curve to try and limit as much as possible.. what temps should i be worried?

I'd say coolant temp up to 45C is fine, 50C is when you should be ramping up fans to max and 60C is your shutdown point.

these guys know more than me, I don't even worry about coolant temp, I just focus on my CPU temp ICUE has a built-in shutdown of 70c for my 115i Elite coolant temp. my coolant can go as high as 50-55 c in summer with my fan curve and cpu temp max of 70c roughly. never had an issue at all. on windows with a web page open 35c coolant temp
