You'll definitely want to aim a fair bit higher than a 3060Ti with 1440p nowadays. Technology moves on so fast, it was far more relevant in 2020 than it is now.

If you want 1440p, 3060ti won't do it.

Each tier you go up costs more money. It's not something you can get around.

The other option is to go AMD with a 7800XT

Or buy second hand, but the market is full of fakes and old crypto cards which aren't worth it at all. You have to know what you're buying.
