Hi all,
Got a new machine from PCS as per spec below.
My GPU is idling at 70°c in performance mode. This drops to 50c if put into entertainment mode. As soon as it's under load, it hits 95°c+ and the clock speed comes right down to 210mhz.
Tell me this isn't right!? Game in question is Call of Duty Cold War. Doesn't matter if I run graphics at lowest or highest, the result is the same, with 10 - 15fps.
This laptop is only two weeks old, so can't quite believe I'm having this problem.
Have run nVidia driver update, so that's all good.
I assume the general opinion here would be that it goes straight back to PCS to sort out?
