The thing is huge. When the delivery man said the box was big I didn't expect it to be the size of a washing machine!

A few questions I have though which I'm not sure if they can be answwered here:

I didn't recieve the headset, does that get sent separetely?

Also on the computer when you first open the packaging it has the slip of paper talking about the foam protecting the parts and how they remove the side panel fan, I noticed I didn't have one in the box so I'm wondering if I'm meant to have one or not?

Anyway thank you PCS! I've already recomended you to friends! :)

Im not sure about the headset....

If there is no foam there then there is nothing to connect
Always good to open it up just to make sure everything is still connected and there arent any loose fittings though.
Saying that youve got windows up and running happily so id forget that ;)

Glad to hear your happy enough to recommend. I am too after receiving mine :D

As for the headset, give the helpline a call - I received a Logitech Keyboard which had three non-functioning keys, gave the a call, and a replacement was dispatched immediately, the courier took the faulty unit and exchanged it for a brand new one.
