Gaming PC advice

I'm looking at a new AMD build for around £850. This is the spec I have in mind, I will be playing for the most part the upcoming Elder Scrolls Online and would like some advice if there is anything I should change in this build? I would like to be able to play at high to ultra setting.

It looks pretty balanced. I don't know about ultra settings, you'd have to check benchmarks online for the GPU, but it's not a build by any means.
