DESKTOP - What fan & temperature control & monitoring?

For my laptop it came with the simple Control Center to manage and monitor GPU/CPU temps & also Power settings.
BUT a new desktop does not have any similar application, are there any recommeded similar management/monitoring applications?
Desktop has ASUS® CROSSHAIR VIII HERO MB and 8GB AMD RADEON™ RX 5700 XT GPU.

An older DESKTOP has EPU-6 engine & PC pro II installed.

There are lots of options, HWMonitor, speedfan, msi afterburner, evga precision, too many to mention really, that’s just a few of them.
