yeah interesting, never really thought about slowing exhaust fans to improve cooling

I just have a vacuum cleaner on it's lowest setting sucking air out the back of the case, and a bathroom extractor fan on the wall behind it...seems to work fine (expect when it's freezing outside and I get a bit of frost inside the case).

There are several options,
Dyson V
Dyson Wash and Dry, probably only really an option if you have an open water-cooling system.
Dyson 9g
The old original, both sides of both hands together is probably a bit bulky
I think the 9g works quite well with a computer system, styling wise
