CPU Over Temperature Error & CPU Fan Speed Error

My CPU Temperature is too hot - over 119 C

The Computer shuts down before I can change any BIOS settings.

I cut of the power supply and cooled down the CPU for a day. After doing so, I managed to get into BIOS settings just long enough to auto-calibrate the fans. But this made things worse and now I can't even access the settings. The computer shuts down before the settings show up.

Please Help Me. What Should I do?
I am no expert on these things.

This is my spec:

119 degrees is a dangerous temperature, and is well beyond what would be considered safe for the CPU. Your system may well be shutting itself off to prevent damage to the CPU.

I'd check that all the connections for the fans/pump/cooler are connected properly (i.e. that they haven't come loose somehow) and that the heatsink is in place properly. This article shows an H100i being installed so should be a suitable guide in terms of what bits you're looking at in your case : http://www.corsair.com/en-in/blog/2015/march/h100i_gtx_how_to

If everything seems in order, I would probably reset the BIOS. This will remove the overclock and any changes you made that may have exacerbated the issue. You can restore the overclock in the future, after you've resolved whatever the issue is.

There's a section in the manual that will explain how to reset the BIOS. A physical copy of the manual should have come with your PC but if you can't find it the manual is also online: http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb..._WEB.pdf?_ga=1.91562522.1868587741.1482939684

If you can get the PC to run without immediately shutting off, keep an eye on temps, see whether they're low or still very high even with the reset BIOS. Check to see if the fans are actually running.

You may well want to phone PCS tomorrow and get them to troubleshoot and sort an RMA should that be necessary.

I managed to get into the BIOS settings just long enough to change it to default. The CPU Temperature is now 88 C.

Still getting the CPU Over Temperature Error & CPU Fan Speed Error massage and it's asking me to adjust the fan speed.

I've set all the fans to 100% turbo mode but the temperature is not going down. I think the water cooler is not working. I'll let the computer rest for a day and call PC specialist tomorrow.

Well while 88 on idle is far too high, in the short term it's not actually enough to damage or really affect the lifespan of the CPU so at least you can switch it on without fear of burning it out if PCS ask you to do as part of the troubleshooting.

Just for ref, should you ever need to reset the BIOS and not be able to get into the BIOS, the manual also explains how you can reset it using a jumper on the motherboard.

Did you check all the connections? are the fans spinning and the pump operating? Also double check the USB cable for the H100i to make sure it has not been knocked loose.

Everything seems to be connected. The fans are spinning but not sure how to check if the pump is operating. I don't know which cable is USB cable also all the cables are neatly zip tied and firmly in place hard to follow the cables to where they go.

If I take off the PCIe cable for the graphics card the temperature seems to go down to 63 C but the built-in graphics card does not work so I can't see anything on the monitor.

normal temperature still around 89 and I think water cool is not working.
