So once again, the water cooling unit on my PC has burst and leaked all over my computer.
This time I got to it ASAP and stuffed it with Tissue paper to avoid it getting to messy.

This is the second time it has happened to me! :(

Just requested RMA.

Just to add, I love PC Specialist, I just hate Coolit lol.

gutted mate, feel for ya dude.

I'd lower the cooler to the titan though.

Did it happen at normal idle temps?

Where abouts on the eco did it burst?

They were idle temps, nothing but a web browser running.

I did ask for a different CPU cooler, and not another coolit, and I've let it up to PCS to choose which one, I trust they'd know.

I'm not really sure where it burst this time. I just knew it did, and did what I could to avoid further damage.

Bad luck old chap, must be a real pain! Did it damage any of the components? I wouldn't worry though, as mentioned above, you are in safe hands!

yea defo takes alot of stress, some sellers such as overclockers uk, are not interested in slightest if you have a tech problem, ya to submit a tech support ticket, which well they can and do easily ignore.

Yeah, it's really annoying, especially near Xmas. I do a lot of video editing and music production with it. Luckily I have my brothers laptop that can support me with video editing (not very well, but it's something) but I can't do any music production without my PC. Can't game either :(
I actually have music production work that needs to be finished very soon, as I'm working with 4 other artists D:
Not entirely sure what other components are damaged yet. I'll have to find out when they get it.

What I love about PCS is not only are they a fantastic company, and good at everything they do, but they are really nice guys too. Investing time in looking for a PC building company really paid off, and I'd suggest PCS to everyone. I actually do all the time lol.

lol personally i didnt take any time, i googled custom pcs and this came up first, stuck with it, and only later did i read any reviews lol, bummer about the cooler though, likely that it went on to the graphics card, i hope not though, although there is nothing wrong with a brand new one xD

Yeah, I did the same, googled custom laptops and apart from sony vaio and dell, this was the only one and clearly the best. Like Wozza, I only read the reviews later and have only just started using the forum! i do constantly recommend it to friends, the brighter ones take my recommendation, the rest just go to currys...best of luck to them!

Back to your problem, I hope you get it sorted quick!

I looked around all over the uk based custom pc builders and pcs offered the best value and has the best online forum community.

It actually leaked on the GPU before, but apparently the GTX 480 doesn't take crap from liquid coolant and brushed it off.
