Cooling system doesn´t work with control center

I own a coolingsytem lct21001 and has been working since september last year. Now, it doesn´t appear in control center app. I´ve reinstalled it an amount times. All it´s udapte. In a manual way is working.
If I connect windows bluetooth with the device, it only lasts 5 seconds, but i don't know if it's something to do.
