Control Centre on Laptop

I have just brought a new laptop and for some reason the Contol Centre is not working, that controls the light settings, battery, power etc. Any I deal how to fix this???

Is this a pcspecialist system? Can you post your full specs from the order page of your account?

Yes it is a pc specialist system. For some reason I cannot log onto my account, it says I have been blocked???

If you’re using a VPN you’ll need to disable it.

Or if you’re using the incorrect details it may have locked the account. It’s not the same username and password as this forum, they’re separate websites.
