Capture card advice

Hi.
i am wondering which capture card I should get for recording gameplay?

I want to use a capture card so that my PC’s resources are mainly concentrating on the game.

I have had a look at the market and seen that there are external and internal cards you can buy, but which 1 would be better? (HD quality is all I require).
