Might be worth putting in a smaller but faster M.2 drive for the OS and then a 2nd one for game storage.
Well worth upping the PSU to 850w as doesn't cost much more and gives a bit more breathing room. I'm not up to speed around the cooling especially for the Intel CPUs so hopefully one of the regulars can advise around that

The 3070 Ti is wasted on a 1440p monitor.
Go for the 3060 Ti and if you have any money left get a Corsair liquid cooler.
I have the 12400F, 3060 Ti and Frostflow 200 in a worse case (Fractal Focus G) and have no issues with cooling so it is optional.
My current monitor is 1440p but capped at 75Hz. If it wasn't I could easily get a good frame rate on all but the few most demanding games.
