Build advice - 1st PC for gaming, streaming, and creating and editing gameplay clips

I am looking to purchase my my first gaming PC over the coming weeks and would like some help in choosing the CPU please.

I currently play on PS5 on a 1440p 144hz gaming monitor. My main game is MW3 and Warzone, although do play other games like Read Dead, GTA, Spiderman, etc.

I stream when playing Warzone on PS5 and will be doing that on the same PC once I purchase it, so I am looking at a Ryzen 9 7000 series CPU due to the additional cores, which will be paired with a 7900 XTX.

I have done a lot of research although cannot seem to find exactly the information which will make my mind up for me.

I am looking at one of the following:
7900X
7950X
7900X3D
7950X3D

Can someone please advise on which CPU would provide the highest performance while also handling the additional tasks such as streaming, creating and editing gameplay clips, etc. (E.g.: Best cpu for my needs)

As a side note in case it is important to know, I will also be upgrading my monitor to a 4K, high-refresh rate monitor in the coming months and using my current monitor as a second monitor.

I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to this area and any knowledge I have now has been from research I've done in the past year or so.

As a final note, I have included the 7900X3D I'm the current build as that is what was recommended to me for my needs. Any advice or changes would be welcome and much appreciated:

Sounds like you need the 7950X3D: the best of all worlds with great gaming and productivity performance. I'd be looking at a build like this, a little modified from yours:

Case
CORSAIR iCUE 5000X RGB MID TOWER GAMING CASE
Processor (CPU)
AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D 16 Core CPU (4.2GHz-5.7GHz/144MB w/3D V-CACHE/AM5) Better CPU
Motherboard

ASUS® TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI (AM5, DDR5, PCIe 4.0, Wi-Fi 6)
Memory (RAM)
32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5 6000MHz (2 x 16GB)
Graphics Card
24GB AMD RADEON™ RX 7900 XTX - HDMI, DP - DX® 12 Non-overclocked GPU -- saves money and doesn't lose any significant performance
1st M.2 SSD Drive

512GB SOLIDIGM P44 PRO GEN 4 M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (up to 7000MB/sR, 4700MB/sW)
1st M.2 SSD Drive
2TB SOLIDIGM P41+ GEN 4 M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (up to 4125MB/sR, 3325MB/sW) Much cheaper than the 990 and all you need for games
Power Supply

CORSAIR 850W RMx SERIES™ MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET 1000W wouldn't be foolish at all if you can stretch the budget a little...
Power Cable

1 x 1.5 Metre UK Power Cable (Kettle Lead, 1.0mm Core)
Processor Cooling
CORSAIR iCUE H150i ELITE LCD XT RGB CPU Cooler Bigger cooler because it looks good in that case. A lesser one (one of the H115is) would be plenty, especially if you're not worried about the LCD screen
Thermal Paste

STANDARD THERMAL PASTE FOR SUFFICIENT COOLING
Extra Case Fans
3 x Corsair AF120 RGB ELITE PWM Fan + Controller Kit Honestly not necessary, but with the H150i would look great
Sound Card

ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)
Network Card
ONBOARD 2.5Gbe LAN PORT
USB/Thunderbolt Options
MIN. 2 x USB 3.0 & 2 x USB 2.0 PORTS @ BACK PANEL + MIN. 2 FRONT PORTS
Operating System
Windows 11 Home 64 Bit - inc. Single Licence

Just be aware with the 7950x3d, you have to know how to manage the CCD's for gaming use. Best advice is to dual boot and have one windows set with the second non X3D CCD disabled just for gaming.

What is the budget for the build?

I would probably stick with the 7800X3D for your uses, relying more on the GPU side for streaming etc. I would then look to go down the Nvidia route for both the streaming prowess and the CUDA core for editing etc.

Would depend on budget though. Absolutely opt for a 1000w minimum PSU, I would actually opt for the 1200w Shift model so that you get ATX3.0. It sounds quite likely that you will become what is commonly referred to as a power user, in which case power hungry GPU upgrades will likely be on the horizon.
