Blue Screen help?

Two days in a row now after i bring my computer out of 'sleep' mode it is really sluggish and non responsive. After a while it blue screens with this message on restart:

Honestly the only thing i do with sleep mode and hibernate is disable them.

My old 7850 used to make my PC do this. I just disabled them both and then just lock the pc when im away, or even turn it off. Doesn't take that long to re-boot :)

Thanks guys, i was putting it to sleep at the end of the night instead of shutting down but i suppose shutting down isn't bad compared to this :)
