A mate of mine has brought a new PC with no OS installed and is looking around for the best deal for Windows 7. I normally can get mine via my employer as I work for an education institution so get certain software heavily discounted so am unsure where the best place is for my mate to look.
My thoughts were the usual places like Amazon, ebay, any decent PC shop, etc but does anyone have any other ideas or know of any good bargains?
