Anyone have a good gaming PC build?

My budget is around 500pounds. I don't need a monitor, a keyboard and mouse or an operating system.

I will be gaming a lot, recording/rendering/editing videos and multi-tasking.

I was also looking at this PC http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/view/Vortex-500-gaming-pc/ will this allow me to do the things I want?

You won't do that with any comfort with a £500 PC.
A lot of people wouldn't want to settle for less than a i7 system if they do a lot of video work. If you are not doing that intensively then an i5 would be OK. In any event an i3 will be a restriction to your system's gaming potential.
'recording/rendering/editing videos and multi-tasking' is why some people choose 32GB RAM (you don't need to go that far). 4GB RAM is a severe restriction to potential performance, 8GB will bring a lot of relief.
A GTX 750 won't give you better results than consoles, but the GPU is something you can upgrade later.

You could get that then a bit later on upgrade to 8GB.
