Hi,
I bought my gaming rig from pc specialist in April last year and have had no issues until I went to turn it on this evening and there was no response. There is a light on the motherboard so it recieving power. I know this could be any number of things but any advice. Also if I end up having to return to rig to pc specialist as it is still under 12 month warranty how do I go about this.

Hi,
I appreciate your help. None of those warning lights are lit. The only light on the motherboard is the logo

Nothing, no fans spin up, no lights come on, absolutely nothing.
Hmm, that's not great, that would suggest either PSU or motherboard I think. Or possibly that the case power button isn't being received by the motherboard.

Just double check the case connectors on the motherboard in the bottom right, number 16, make sure they're all properly seated.

And then make sure the PSU connectors are all fully inserted.

If that doesn't help, I think an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) is probably your best bet.

You can raise one in your main PCS account under the My Returns section. I'd suggest doing an RMA for the whole system as it's not clear where the issue is
