Idk too.. luckly, I did an unboxing with my wife to check everything.. so PCS accepted immeditaly the RMA..
I think, the builder tought the HD's chassy was insert correctly in all the 4 holes.. but only 2 were correctly insert.. maybe It gives a little movement and during the travel It moved to...
Ty... actually my frustration is growing a lot^^ All this for a couple of stupid screws...
If I'll lose the warranty I'll set my soul in peace mode (but I know the guilty of all it isn't only mine)...
Actually, the PC works great without problems...

No sry, I didn't read this... :(
I read the Welcome Book and there...
No It doesn't.. that's write on PC specialist book..
"It can void the warranty only if It Is done incorrectly.. upgrade the BIOS incorrectly can damage the mother board and It could void the warranty.. if u got any doubt contact US."
That's doesn't means
Upgrade BIOS = void warranty
It means...
The second HD of the RMA is broken too...
I changed SSD slots from m.2_2/3 to m.2_1/2... I tried to insert the HD and nothing... BIOS didn't go up...
At last, I get the old Sata HD from my old pc... and in the same Sata Port, the same Power slot... magically it works...
What do I have to do...
Probably because It was more fast to assemble😅
I tested all the sata port.. on everyone there Is the problem.. the last test was on the fourth sata port.. can It be a problem of setting in BIOS?
0 other sata connected
Yes, you are right.. but I'm only trying to find a solution.. using m.2 some sata port are disabled..
Actually, m.2 on m.2_2 and m.2_3 disable sata_2-5-6.. so idk...
Now i have updated BIOS, no problem occured during installation but If i insert the HD i got the same problem.. i tried to switch...
yes, I changed both cables too, data and power...
I have tried sata_1 port and sata_3 port on MB...
Actually, I'm thinking about this... I read around that it must be plugged on the theoric free Sata port on MB... is it right?
Reading on BIOS I got m.2 on 2nd and on 3th m.2 slots... why not on...
I change it, by my hands, in your format, that's ok?
