I suffered the same issue, freezing after hibernation or idle. Tried many solutions, nothing helped.
I had installed too many free pieces of software, for disk management, cleaners, driver checkers, etc.
Eventually I did a clean install, and only installed what I actually needed. I did this...

I do struggle to understand Epic's business model. Do they think people will come back to them to get their next game, if they give away freebies?
Been waiting for the Samsung 980 PRO 1 TB PCIe 4.0 M.2 to drop in price.

My PC is less than a year old but their system checker says I can't run W11. I assume it's the TPM chip missing from my ASUS X570-PLUS Board, which appears to out of stock everywhere.
I have to agree, poor start by MS - "Hey everybody, we've got a super duper new OS, best...
Just noticed, you are using Pro - with RGB e.g.
I don't have PRO, no RGB on mine.
Corsair webpage doesn't recognize "cm4x8gd3600c18w2d", you can find sellers with that exact code using google but I've never heard of them. I had the same issue when I got additional memory for mine, not sure...

I had a freeze yesterday afternoon, using the Amazon RAM - so looks unlikely to be RAM related.
I created a new Flash drive with the Windows Media Creation Tool, looks to be the May 2021 Update, I'll try...
I've swapped out the orginal 2x 8Gb PCS RAM, and repalced it with the other 2x sticks from Amazon.

Initially it was thought to be the 4x 8Gb 3600MHz AMD issue, but I've been only running with the original 2x PCS sticks since early March.
I tested all RAM sticks, 2x original and 2x additional sticks I bought with Memtest, never an issue with them but I always tested them in pairs.

I had another freeze this morning, 11:18:19, starting to think it's related to downloading files, as I was downloading multiple files from Volafile when it froze - I've seen this behavior a few times before.
When it froze, initially I could click on the desktop, I have a desktop icon which runs...
No rush, it's a pain when it happens but it's not stopping me using the PC.
When it freezes, the first visual sign is the desktop apps stop, I have an analog clock app and the second hand stops moving.
At this point you can no longer access the desktop apps or use the window taskbar menu...
Another freeze, I generated a BSOD using the keyboard short cut method:

I won't re-install Norton at the moment.
Looks like defender found a reg value which had been setup to stop defender from restarting e.g.
Not sure if Norton left it behind or somethere bit of malware,
I used Norton UninstallerNRnR from here: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/uk/home/current/solutions/v60392881
I used remove only.
I ended up in the Local Group Policy Editor, had to turn defender back on - evening though it wasn't configured to be off.
