Yes it is a pc specialist system. For some reason I cannot log onto my account, it says I have been blocked???

I have just brought a new laptop and for some reason the Contol Centre is not working, that controls the light settings, battery, power etc. Any I deal how to fix this??? Sorry complete noob. Thanks, Nathan
